Ravenscroft Consulting Remote Support is a service offered to existing clients to provide Remote Support Access for our technicians to enable them to access the client's PC remotely for the sole purpose of providing assistance for a specific issue. The software is a commercially licensed version of TeamViewer for which Ravenscroft Consulting has purchased the right to use.

Charges
This service is billed by Ravenscroft Consulting in 15 minute increments (billed at our normal rates) and is also subject minimum charges as set forth by our rates shedule. These fees may not apply to clients on remote support contract plans. This service is subject to our standard terms and conditions and is invoiced accordingly.
