BILLING STRUCTURE - South Africa: (effective from 01/01/2012)

Support Agreements are available on request - to discuss options, please contact our offices for a quote.

Our billing structure works in units.  Each unit is equal to 15 minutes.

OFFICE HOURS DEFINED:

* Core office hours are defined as being between 09h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays.

** Outside core office hours are defined as being before 09h00 and after 17h00 Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays.

*** Services requested on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays will be delivered at the sole discretion of Ravenscroft Consulting.

MINIMUM UNIT CHARGES:

* Core office hours: Minimum 1 unit for off-site / remote work.  Minimum 4 Units for on-site work.
** Outside core office hours, including Sat, Sun, holidays & public holidays: Minimum 2 units for off-site / remote work.  Minimum 4 Units for on-site work.

TRAVELLING CHARGES:

Transit Rate per km - only billed if the Client is >5km from our offices: R5.20 excl. VAT per km.

Billing is for return trip, based on travelling distance from our office.  E.g. If the travelling distance from us to you is 10 km we will bill you for 20 km.

UNIT RATES: (all pricing excl 14% VAT)

* Base unit rate during core office hours:  R100.00

** Outside core office hours:  1.5 * base rate

*** Discretionary rate for Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and public holidays:  2 * base rate

DISCOUNTS:

We offer a 5% discount on all support services if paid within 7 days of date of invoice.  Only invoices which state that a discount is available are subject to discount, unless stated no discount will be provided.  For clients that have terms with us we offer 2.5% discount if paid within 7 days from date of statement.  Discount is strictly on support services and does not include hardware, software, hosting services etc.
